Why the two photographs are separate tasks
The waist-up photograph and full-body photograph answer different framing requirements. Before recording your performance, make a small folder with a separate slot for each photograph. This is a practical organization suggestion, not an official naming convention. It helps you notice a missing image before you reach the upload stage.
For the waist-up image, check the actual saved file rather than relying on the camera preview. Your face should remain easy to see when the file opens on another screen. For the full-body image, check that the framing includes the whole body. A wider crop of a portrait is not necessarily a full-body photograph if the original capture cut off your legs.
Simple lighting and a stable camera can make this easier. Those are preparation suggestions; the official page checked on October 9 does not establish a required studio, camera brand, background color, wardrobe, or paid photographer. Do not buy equipment just because another applicant used it.
How to check the one-minute minimum
The requirement is a minimum, not a recommendation to stop before one minute. A 45-second performance clip therefore needs a fresh recording or a different qualifying take. Check the exported file's duration, since trimming the beginning or end can change a recording that was initially long enough.
Choose a talent you can demonstrate clearly. Plan the performance around what the current form asks you to submit, rather than assuming that a compilation of unrelated clips is accepted.
The evidence supplies no maximum video length or file-size limit. “At least one minute” does not mean an unlimited upload is supported. Read the current form's technical fields before making your final export. Keep your original recording available in case you need to export a different format.
