BELIFT LAB is a joint label between HYBE and CJ ENM. Through its I-LAND survival series, it produced ENHYPEN (2020) and ILLIT (2024), and it treats global diversity as a core value.

BELIFT LAB's most distinctive trait is its multinational member lineups. ENHYPEN's members come from seven different countries, and ILLIT similarly foregrounds a global sensibility. In auditions, personality and potential matter more than nationality.
Ni-ki (Japan), Jake (Australia), Sunoo, Jungwon, Jay, Sunghoon, Heeseung (Korean and Korean-diaspora) — seven members from diverse backgrounds, brought together through a survival competition.
Five members selected from a global applicant pool. ILLIT proved BELIFT LAB's global strategy by entering the Billboard 200 with its debut album.

K-POPJYP's 'The Heat' has fully wrapped up — the offline tour closed May 31 and the special online window closed July 22. JYP's always-open rolling audition, however, runs year-round with no age, gender, or nationality restrictions, so you can still apply today at audition.jype.com.

K-POPJYP takes applications year-round with no age, gender or nationality limit. BIGHIT runs offline auditions Oct 3–Dec 5 with walk-in registration for males born 2008+. YG tours the US, Taiwan and Hong Kong in October, any gender. SM covers 21 regions for those born 2007–2015.
